We will always do our best to ensure you are happy with the product(s) you purchase from us, however we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- We will exchange certain items.
- Please note that the cost of delivery and return will not be refunded. In addition there may be a handling charge.
- All returns and exchanges must be approved by us.
- Any goods to be exchanged must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You must notify us, in writing, within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to exchange any product(s). The same applies if you have received faulty or damaged goods.
There is no exchange on the following:
- All Designmaster products
- Ribbon, Cords, Beading etc
- Seasonal items
