How to Order
For registered businesses spending over $350.00 + gst, register as a Wholesale Bulk customer. Once your registration is approved you will be able to view bulk discount prices.
For anyone else regular wholesale prices apply and there currently is a $50.00 minimum order. You do NOT need to register first. We do not require an ABN unless you are registering as a Wholesale Bulk Customer. There is NO minimum for ribbon ONLY orders. For ribbon ONLY orders, use the Token Ribbon Sale to bypass the $50.00 minimum.
Add products to your cart and select 'Checkout' when you have finished shopping. You will be directed to some pages to fill in your customer information including billing & delivery address, delivery & payment options, special delivery instructions and order confirmation.
Please read our 'Delivery' section regarding our freight charges as we DO NOT HAVE FLAT DELIVERY RATES ON OUR PRODUCTS. Due to the varied and bulky nature of our products this is not possible (except for ribbon orders where Australia Post satchels & Toll Ipec Priority satchels are used). Freight charges are calculated on what is ordered and the destination address.
Payment options include credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Amex - no surcharges apply), Direct Deposit or EFT/CASH for warehouse pickups. Credit card payments are not processed until you have been advised by email and agreed to the shipping charge. Similarly, if you have selected 'Direct Deposit' as your payment option, you will be advised by email of your delivery charge as soon as it is calculated - this is a manual process and is not instant so please wait before making any payments.
Please add us to your email address book so that all emails sent by us are received into your inbox. If you do not respond by confirming or cancelling your order by return email within 48 hours, we will proceed with your order and process your credit card payment.
