NEW CUSTOMERS
TRADING TERMS - WHOLESALE
Please read the terms and conditions below. Upon approval check the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box and click submit. This will redirect you to a page to enter your company details.
- To qualify for wholesale access you must be a registered business with an ABN number. Our minimum order is $200.00 before GST and delivery.
- Prices listed apply to businesses only.
- For new customers, the minimum for the first order is $200. The first two orders are PRO-FORMA. This means the goods must be paid for, before we send them.
- Accounts are available after this to approved applicants who have completed our credit application and met our credit criteria.
- To qualify for an account we would expect you to be buying on a monthly basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse credit applications.
- For account customers our Trading Terms are strictly nett 30 days. No overdue accounts supplied. There is a 10% late fee applied to accounts in 60 days.
- By placing an order with us you accept our Trading Terms.
- We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Business Cheque, Cash and Direct Deposits.
- We also accept American Express but there is a 2% surcharge.

Prices are negotiable for large orders.
- Goods remain the property of Masterworks Basketware until paid in full.
- All prices exclude GST and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations with the Australian dollar.
- Freight is not included. We use Toll-Ipec, Fastway and Australia Post for Australian deliveries.
- Overseas shipments can be arranged.
