REFUND POLICY

We will always do our best to ensure you are happy with the product(s) you purchase from us, however we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.

  • We will exchange certain items.
  • Please note that the cost of delivery and return will not be refunded. In addition there may be a handling charge.
  • All returns must be approved by us.

You must notify us, in writing, within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to exchange any product(s). The same applies if you have received faulty or damaged goods.

There is no exchange on the following:

  • All Designmaster products
  • Ribbon, Cords, Beading etc
  • Specials
  • Seasonal items
No exceptions.
