SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Delivery is not included in the cost of your order. Masterworks Basketware uses Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Toll Ipec for shipping, ensuring that you will receive your products on time and the parcel can always be tracked. All orders are packed carefully in order for you to receive them in the same condition they left our premises.
Because of the wide range of items we carry freight is calculated on the total weight and or size of the items ordered. This is worked out after we receive your order. Orders with small items are sent via Australia Post or Fastway. Large orders are sent with Toll- Ipec.
Delivery times:
- Parcel or Registered Post: 1-7 working days*
- Express Post: 1-3 working days*
- Fastway Couriers 1-7 working days*
- Toll-Ipec 2-7 working days*

Pay Online: our security system ensures your credit card and personal details are safe and secure.
Pay By Phone: please call us with your order and credit card details on:
02-9542 2235 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Sat 9am-2pm).
Pay by Fax: (02 9542 2236) If you wish we can send you an order form where you can enter your order and credit card details and fax it through to us.
Direct Deposit: if you wish, you can make your payment via direct deposit.* Please use your order number as reference if you use net bank. Our account details are as follows:

Money order or Business cheque (we do not accept personal cheques): to make the payment via money order or cheque, please write your order number at the back of the money order/cheque and make it payable to Masterworks Basketware and please send it to the following address:*

* Please Note: When paying by money order/direct deposit, we process and dispatch your order once we have received the funds. Please add at least 2-3 days to the delivery time. Also note that if payment is not received within 7 working days, your order may be cancelled. When paying by cheque the goods are sent when the cheque clears, generally 2-3 days
